The Covered Bridge in summer

So remember these photos? Well, now that it's summer the bridge looks completely different. I wandered out there a few days ago and took pictures of it. It's pretty amazing.



The road it's on used to connect the two major towns, but now it's just an ATV trail. This abandoned(?) house sits not far from the bridge, and I often wonder about it.


At the end of the trail there's a farm, and I loved how these flowers waved in their little garden...


It's just pretty. I like it.

Summer Highlights

So a lot of people have been asking me what I've been doing all summer. Here are some highlights...

I found a frog in the kitchen...


I made some weird faces with some creature I met out in the soccer field...


I met this weird person who likes to use babies as tables...


I met some people who cannot sit normally on couches...


And I met some people who turn themselves into blobs to reclaim couches (though one just uses his creeper skills...):


There was also a dance...

Lots of chillin' in the kitchen...


Tons of stupid sock creatures (this one, whose name is Joel, likes to cuddle with counselors who slept a little too much)...

And finally, lots and lots of shaving cream.


So that was my summer. As you can tell, I had lots of fun! It was another great year at camp! :)

We must have eet! Yom yom yom!

Here at Soccer Camp we have been wasting our time doing many useless things, and there is nothing more useless than a bacon cake. In fact, we just have to say the words "bacon cake" to each other and we crack up.


Mmmmmmmmmmm, yummy.

(I'm a vegetarian, so what do I get to eat? Gimme Lean Sugar Cookies or Tofu Pup Cupcakes?)

It's Friday night at Soccer Camp, and Michael would like a picture of himself that I just took so I am posting it here. I am SO SORRY I haven't posted a blog in four hundred years, but here we go. (The only reason I am apologizing is that there is only one person in the world that reads this, and she has been whining that I haven't put anything up lately.)
